1. Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days from date of delivery. To be eligible: product must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging & all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or physically damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product. Once approved, refund will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
🔄 Replacement Policy
You are eligible for a replacement if you received a damaged product or wrong product. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. If cancelled, full refund will be issued.
5. Return Shipping Charges
✔️ If return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item) → Free return pickup
✖️ If return is due to customer preference → Customer pays return shipping.
